From the moment I opened the menu at Aqua Restaurant, I knew I was in for a culinary experience that blended elegance with bold flavor. Each section offered something distinctive, starting with the salads. The Signature Caesar arrived crisp and perfectly dressed, but the Caprese Salad stole the spotlight — vibrant tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and a balsamic drizzle that lingered just right.
The Small Plates were anything but ordinary. I couldn’t resist the Cast Iron Seared Crab Cake, which was golden on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender inside. The Grilled Petite Filet was a flavor bomb — juicy and expertly seasoned. But the showstopper? The Seared Scallops — delicate, buttery, and plated like art.
Moving into the Big Plates, Aqua truly flexes its culinary muscles. The Sea and Shore was an inspired surf-and-turf pairing, while the Grilled Rack of Lamb arrived cooked to perfection, tender and rich. For something different, the Bento Box offered a playful, refined tasting journey — a little bit of everything, beautifully presented.
Then came dessert, and let’s just say, saving room was the best decision I made all night. The Poached Pear Flambé was theatrical and luscious, while the Signature Crème Brûlée had that satisfying sugar crack and a silky custard beneath. For chocoholics, the Flourless Chocolate Torte was pure indulgence, but the Dessert Sampler is the way to go if you want it all.
Even the Tapas menu deserves its own spotlight. The Pimento Cheese Flatbread and Deviled Eggs were addictively good, while the Tomato Tart offered a delicate, savory balance.
Aqua Restaurant’s menu reads like a love letter to fine dining — familiar dishes elevated with creativity, finesse, and a sense of place.
